Job Description :
The project Manager is the overall owner of the client assigned project. S/He has to manage the resources and is responsible for the overall project Management activities including but not limited to :
Communication with stakeholder and Sponsor
Project Scope (Deliverable) Management
Project Schedule (Time) Management
Project Cost (Budget) Management
Project Risk / Issue Management
Team Management (Virtual team -Project / Enabling
The Project Manager has the responsibility for managing life cycle requests for all services, per the established service processes.
They are responsible for negotiating shared expectations among customers, sales, and the supporting Work Centers, and communicating expectations to all organizations providing service to the client.
They may partner with business operations and billing environments to ensure that the requested network services are correctly implemented, with all decisions ultimately at the discretion of the Project Manager.
The Project Manager is solely responsible for managing the performance of the customer and client service commitments, per the established shared expectation.
Coordinate with all internal teams and end customer teams to deliver the completed order and turn-up.
Provide ordering, engineering, provisioning, deployment resources and trigger billing for circuits/transport.
Handle both client and Third Party orders. Responsible to status to the customer and SLA tracking for orders.
Qualification : Bachelors / Masters
Certification Must: PM Elite (Infosys Certification) or PMP (from PMI)
Preferred: ITIL certification.
Desired / Preferred Skills Hands on experience in MS Office (specially MS Excel)
Shift Timings Mostly US Shifts (Flexible to work in 24*7 shift environment)
NOTE: Service installations can often require after-hours coordinated activity and/or unplanned after-hours accessibility involving customer-specific change controls, time-zone variances, expedited activity, and/or Project Manager participation in a cutover.
Candidate must have experience in ISP / Telecom Projects
Must have skills "
Team handling / Direct client interfacing experience.
Very good command over written and spoken English.
Knowledge of project management.
Knowledge on different telecom networks.
Basic knowledge of LAN/ WAN and network devices.
Knowledge about key telecom products - Voice, Data and IP services

Salary:INR 1,00,000 - 4,75,000 P.A
